Not able to log in with BankID?

If your bankID (or foreign eID) does not work when you are trying to confirm your identity or if you get an error message saying “the session has expired, please try again later” try this:

  1. Use a computer instead of your mobile phone when you are going to use your eID.
  2. When using internet on your computer, use the browser Google Chrome. Download Google Chrome here.
