Invite cardholder to enter personal data for the ID06 card

This article describes how an administrator in ID06 can invite a cardholder to enter personal data for their ID06 card. 

When a person, who is not already registered in the ID06 system, needs an ID06 card, you as an administrator can send out a registration link from the order portal. The cardholder does a self-registration, and you (the administrator) will receive an email that there is a card order ready to be sent to Nexus.

For the administrator:

  1. Click on the company name in the top menu and select Handle invitations.

  2. Click New invitation.

  3. For each cardholder to be invited, do the following:

    1. Enter the cardholder's email address and click Add.

    2. Select the Card type that the cardholder needs.

    3. If the cardholder has a specific industry affiliation, select it under Industry.

  4. When all invitations are ready, click Send invitations.

  5. The cardholder receives an email and can start the self-registration.

  6. When a cardholder has filled in their information, you will receive an email with information that the order is ready to be sent to Nexus.

For the cardholder:

  1. You will receive an email with a registration link. Click on the link in the email.

  2. Choose whether to register with Swedish BankID or manually, by clicking on one of the links.

  3. If you register with Swedish BankID:

    1. Follow the instructions to approve with Swedish BankID. Your information is automatically filled out in the form.

    2. Enter your Phone number and click Next.

    3. Add a photo. When you are ready, click Next.

    4. If the card is to be sent to a different address than the one specified by your company, such as your home address, click Add delivery address, fill out the form and click Next.

    5. Check the information and click Confirm.

  4. If you register manually:

    1. Fill in your personal information and click Next.

    2. Add a photo. When you are ready, click Next.

    3. If the card is to be sent to a different address than the one specified by your company, such as your home address, click Add delivery address, fill out the form and click Next.

    4. Check the information and click Confirm.
